Power Verse & Prayer: 2 Sam 22:7 In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, and my cry entered His ears. Dear Heavenly Father You are our God and we are Your people. You love us and You are for us. Thank You that You have not given us a spirit of fear but of love and a sound mind. When fear arises and stress multipled, we are mindful to recall Your faithfulness and to call on You. We are fully persuaded that You hear us and You answer us. Father, our mind is blessed and our mind serves us. We choose to serve You. We allow You to help us see as You see. It is written that we are Your workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which You have prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. We rejoice that we have Your kingdom assignments to occupy ourselves wisely and to enjoy our work with You all the days of our life. Father, regardless of the tribulations in the land, we lean on You and we trust in You. We are not responsible for the mindset nor choices of others but we can protect our own mind and our time. We occupy ourselves wisely in prayers and supplications, and we make our request known to You. We trust in Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. We are blessed and we are helped in this journey of life. We praise and worship You.
