Power is sweet, especially for a sycophant like Hon Kipchumba Murkomen. In todays Standard Newspaper pg 5, he says, the community- Kalenjin, is losing respect because of the manner in which party issues are being handled. The community is looking stupid. My big question here is; who is stupid? A sycophant who went round promising all manner of things, or an hungry peasant who is complaining of being lied to? Mr Murkomen and your likes,please take note of this cardinal virtue among the Kalenjin people, Honesty. Just stay in your comfort of power and God willing, youll see for yourself this stupid group carrying own political cross without your support. We dont share homes and therefore needless to hurle insults at people demanding justice. By the way, the Kiplimo issue is not about Kalenjin, but his replacement with someone from the community of the appointing authority and yet there are suitable officers from other communities. If things do not change for the better soon, there might be a political sunami against the dishonest group, Murkomen included, in 2017. Watch out!
