Powerlifter of the Month: November, 2014 Dave Sweet N Low Elsten Im a little more on the ball with this months POM announcement. Its my pleasure and honor to name my friend Dave as our POM. Dave has been training with us for over 3 years now, and he has shown nothing but pride and respect in himself and in the gym and all of our team mates since the minute he started. Dave has a quiet toughness to him. His training is always well organized and planned, maticulously and aggressively executed, and done with focus and a possitive attitude. Dave never makes excuses and never complains. Hes humble in his achievements and progress, and when hes been faced with injury or adversity (which happens to all powerlifters), he deals with it like a champion, and keeps pushing forward. Dave is always willing to help out his training partners and never asks for more than he can give. Dave drives a long way to train at our gym and to be a member of this team...Im proud of that, and Im very glad we have him. Thanks Dave.
