Ppl tend to turn a blind eye to things long as its not in their neighborhood... What led to this is unknown but at the end of the day it is their first amendment right to record anything in public in plain sight... Another reason I believe that in order to protect EVERYONE Is by having EVERYTHING on video and audio recording... Because if you doing right u have nothing to worry about... And that goes BOTH WAYS!!!
