Practice neighborly love Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate - TopicsExpress

Practice neighborly love Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” A certain research was done and it was discovered that to be successful in one’s job, interpersonal skills are more important than knowledge of the job. In fact, 15 percent of a person’s success is determined by job knowledge and technical skill while 85 percent is determined by an individual’s attitude and ability to relate with people. Scripture tells us to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another just as Christ forgave us. We should love our neighbors as ourselves, and by neighborsit’s not only someone who lives near us or works next to us but even those we meet especially those in need. Having an attitude of courtesy, care and concern for others is a basic principle and an important guideline for friendly and happy relationships. Indeed, it is the golden key to having enjoyable and successful relationships with others. Edson Mukeshimana
