#PracticeRealLOVE I have been brooding over this word.. "My dear children, let’s not just talk about love; let’s practice real love. This is the only way we’ll know we’re living truly, living in God’s reality. It’s also the way to shut down debilitating self-criticism, even when there is something to it. For God is greater than our worried hearts and knows more about us than we do ourselves." And I have realized that all that we do stems out of love.. Even in our moments of uncertainity.. One thing that remains unmoved in our lives is and should be our love for God and one another. View this in the context of our Worship... You can never worship something or someone that you do not love or ascribe worth to. Thus, John reminds us that we ought to PRACTICE REAL love and not just talking about it. Practicing love entails our worship unto God who first loved us and all that we can repay him with is our worship. This is all that God requires of us... #Worship Paul reminds us of the same saying.. "So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you." |Romans 12:1-2 MSG| "Let the culture that we embrace and work and live in and minister in be placed and built on the foundation of LOVE" Let us never forget our purpose on earth is #WORSHIP and #SERVICE unto God.. Realize that Paul talks of #Culture.. Culture meaning its #learnt... We can learn it.. Build it and custom make it the way we want.. Based on LOVE.. Solomon says... "All has been heard; the end of the matter is: Fear God [revere and worship Him, knowing that He is] and keep His commandments, for this is the whole of man [the full, original purpose of his creation, the object of God’s providence, the root of character, the foundation of all happiness, the adjustment to all inharmonious circumstances and conditions under the sun] and the whole [duty] for every man" | Ecclesiastes 12:13 AMP| Practice #Love.. every moment of your life.
