Practitioner turned patient today as I visited Functional Orthotics to get impressions taken of my teeth and bite ready for orthotics to help change my bite to improve the function of my jaw joints. Humbling to be on the receiving end even though it was for a non invasive procedure. I will be my first case study in my new found techniques to support suffers of TMJ symptoms, headaches and sleep breathing disorders. Ill keep you posted of my progress...
