Praise God! The appointment went better than expected. Half of my anticipated conversations with the doctor didnt have to take place because we were on the same page from the beginning. He has great confidence in Aidens orthopedic doctor, and had very positive things to say about his expertise in that area. I have felt that way all along, its just nice to have it acknowledged by another specialist who reiterated what Ive been saying and feeling about this doctor. He put in two more specialty referrals as we travel this new journey with Aiden. Although the outcome is still going to be painful, its such a relief to have a team of doctors all on the same page with us, and each other, who are looking out for Aidens best interest, and comfort- which is the most important at this point. We are increasing Aidens calories and Ill be going before the throne of God, seeking His will, but my hearts desire is that we will hit a specific amount of added calories that will add some weight. His weight will be closely monitored and adjusted as needed. Contd prayers are appreciated. My hope will continue to seek rest and refuge in the One Most Holy, the One Most High; my Heavenly Father.
