Praise God for another good day for Tucker! Nurse said he had a really good night. I believe he has his oxygen setting (FiO2) around 27-29 for most of the night. They were also able to lower the respiratory rate to 25, which is a good step in the right direction down from 27. He had a pretty good pH level. He had kind of been staying the same the last few days as far as changes, but definitely getting a little better each day overall. Also, he has tolerated his feeds pretty good yesterday and last night. Definitely a blessing to get that important nutrition because thats important in order to getting better. Were just praying that he is able to continue to improve and handle the ventilator changes very well along with his feeds. Please continue to pray for the healing and development of the lungs. Also, continue to remember the nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors, and respiratory therapists as they continue to provide care for Tucker each day. We are so thankful for all of your prayers. God is still blessing us each and every day. We continue to give him all the praise and glory because he has brought Tucker a long way over the last 7 weeks! We are so thankful! I just wanted to give an update this morning in case someone wanted to share at church this morning!
