“Praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is so good, and by raising Jesus from death, he has given us new life and a hope that lives on.” (1 Peter 1:3 – Contemporary English Version) I think people are always looking for reasons to feel hope as they move into the future. Of course, considering the news we receive, finding those signs may be a challenge. But that changes when we decide to look beyond the news that surrounds us and to trust what Christians call the Good News.
