Praise Report - My uncle has been in the hospital since December 26th. He fell and broke his hip that day. The break was minor and he had three screws placed inside to secure the hip. During the days that followed, this lifelong pipe smoker came down with pneumonia. His cardiac and pulmonary functions became huge issues as the hospital. His levels were a mess and doctors were baffled by his failing condition. Each chest x-ray seemed to get worse. He was moved from the third floor of the Osteopathic building to the fourth floor cardiac and pulmonary level. This morning, Jessica Pine, our worship leader at church, asked for those with health issues or loved ones with health issues, to come up front and be covered in prayer and worship. I went forward to lift up my uncle in prayer for a healing to occur. This afternoon, I stopped in to see my uncle. He looked completely different. His whole demeanor seemed changed. When the nurse came in, I inquired about his condition. She told me that this morning, they were going to move him to ICU for more attentive care. But his levels started to change. They said he started to blow his nose and cough and brought up something called a mucus plug. Since then, his oxygen levels have stabilized. In fact, the nurses say that they are stunned by how well his oxygen levels are holding. Im not. I know the greatest physician of them all. And I know he answered a prayer this morning.
