Praise report.......3rd attempt posting......at my drs appt this morning the scale read 7lbs lighter. Woot! Woot! This is HUGE for many reasons but for one over the past few years the scale was INCREASING at every visit but today a different story. I contribute that to clean eating and the 10-day Green Smoothie Cleanse book by JJ Smith. I THANK God for a change in mindset to want to live a longer, healthier lifestyle. My blood pressure was 110/70 (havent been taking meds regularly) but she will only reduce or eliminate if my heart muscles have strengthened (they say I have a leaky heart valve) but I serve a God who says I am whole regardless to the report. Echocardiography testing here I come.......I am optimistic about it ALL. Greater is coming my way and yours too if you want it!!!!! Stay blessed my family and friends.
