Pranam.. You all would be aware that Chomasu is starting from 22nd July onwards.... July 21st is Chaumasi Chaudas. Chomasu is the season where we can - Not only do MAXIMUM AARADHNAS , but also do MAXIMUM VIRADHNAS. So here is the list of few Small Aaradhnas, that you may consider worth doing during Chomasu. And also apprise you about few Small Viradhnas which you should definitely stay away from. Aaradhnas - Use Boiled water.It is also good for health. - Tie Garna at taps in Kitchen and Bathroom and at water outlets. - Go regularly for Pravachans (If not then at least on Saturday / Sundays) - Do Pooja / Samayik / Pratikraman (morning and evening) - Daily / if not then on Sundays or during Paryushan / and lastly definitely on Samvatsari day - Do Swadhyay (reading of Dharmic books, Jain story books), Navkarvali, Japs - Listen to Stutis / Stavans / Dharmic Songs - Do Tap - Aayambil / Ekasana whenever you can - Say on Tithis (Pacham, Aatham & Chaudas) - Atleast Navkarsi / Chovihar. Viradhana - Avoid UNNECESSARY travelling. - Put white paint in your building,Derasar,etc.Its a must in MONSOON. - Avoid Kand mud (which is not to be Eaten in any case by us) but definitely during Chomasa or at least until Paryushan. - Avoid taking together cereals like Moong, Tur, Adad with Raw Milk, Curd, Lassi, Shrikhand or any other Milk items (VIDAD thay). - Avoid leafy vegetables (like methi, corriander leaves, cauliflower etc) / Kobi Atleast on Tithis (Pacham, Aatham & Chaudas)..
