Joshua 11:19 The only people who were not destroyed in battle were the Gibeonites Hivites who had made peace with the Israelites. Hivites means wicked so since Joshua failed to pray about making a treaty they will have to contend with wickedness in that territory. A lot like ministry you get excited, get momentum and the next thing you know you stop asking God what you should do and end making decisions on your own and before you know it your dealing with wickedness cause partnered with someone you shouldnt have .
