Pray for and love your Pastor and his family. His job is difficult yet extremely important. Be helpful and understanding. Most Pastors are unequipped, or for various reasons are unable, to give a comprehensive Biblical view of Creation/life or possess the expertise to competently address the critical issues of the day. Times change quickly, sermon preparation, family matters counseling and economic concerns more than fill up the pastors schedule. So it is unfair and unwise to subject your churchs leaders to the expectation of being culturally aware or the requirement of bringing the current cultural battle into the worship service. Birmingham Theological Hall, however, is here to provide you with more than enough information and resources to equip you and more fully develop you as a disciple of Christ in order to enable you to be effective in your various roles and to aid you to increase this effectiveness.
