Pray request from the Mozambique office: Please cover our nation in prayer particularly Sofala Province as there is a continued attack by the rebels. The negotiations that were conducted in the previous months have proved to be unfruitful as the rebels have vowed to fight until their demands are met. Recently there was a heavy exchange of fire at Savane and Mutua in Dondo District just some 40km from our EHC office. Many people were forced to flee their homes and our EHC workers and Christ Groups in the area were also affected. The government is now strictly monitoring any gatherings especially in the villages in rural areas. This therefore pose a threat for our MTC gatherings! Please stand with us in prayer as we pray for peace over the country and nation of Mozambique!
