PRAISE FOR POSITIVE ANSWERED PRAYERS: Please be in prayer for Tristen Wilson who is now moved into a family home close to Atlanta Childrens Hospital to finish his rehabilitatation from a rotted tree falling on him and his 3 year old sister. Tristen suffered head trauma and a broken back and has a long road back to the 6 year old he should be.Theres a lot of painful therapy to endure. Please ask God the help Tristen to PUSH and we should too because PUSH stands for PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS! Praise God Brooklyn Howell is home now. There is brain activity on his EEG but it is slow. The doctors are doing their best but now it seems as if its up to God and Tim. They will be doing frequent MRIs to monitor her and if there continues to be no improvement,they will be stopping treatment. He didnt give a time frame for this.Please pray for the entire family. JUST A THOUGHT: I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7 ESV While having dinner with some friends of our family, we listened to them talk about the marathons that they had completed. They were very active runners. After they told us about their last 26 mile run I learned how to make him very angry in three words. did you win? Evidently that was a serious insult. After uttering some language that I did not understand he explained that finishing a marathon is your win. You are competing against your own body, fatigue, and the clock. Everyone there has different bodies, skills, strengths and finishing a 26-mile marathon at all is considered a victory. After listening to him I agreed. As Christians we are all in a marathon. Some people move faster than others. Some hold a slower pace. It does not matter. It is staying the course, completing the race. You are competing against your own body, its desires, weariness, and not against others. Take your time, set goals, and if you fall, get up. Keep putting one foot in front of the other one and you will finish this marathon well.miss an opportunity to bless and to praise another being. God wants you to know,there are countless ways to love God.Love God through love for your parents. Love God through love for your spouse. Love God through love for your children. Love God through love for your friends. Love God through love for your country. For God is in all these and much, infinitely, more. Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.
