Prayer Warriors 12-13-14 Prayer for the friend of B. She had a brain tumor removed with surgery. We put this in your hands Lord. B will update when she can. Prayers for M as she continues to heal from having a large cancerous brain tumor removed. The visit to the oncologist reveals the prognosis is that she has a year or so. Now, we all know those statements from MDs can be harmful and soul sucking. We hope that M sees the glory in living everyday! one day at a time. Her family is close and I for one see a long and plentiful road ahead of her. Eat um M. Frankie who has had his gallbladder explode and remains in ICU. His autistic granddaughter will be completely lost if we lose him. Neil Overburg had a heart attack while driving. A good Samaritan gave him CPR on scene, but the hospital was calling for family members to come to the ER. He has a pulse is all they would say. Lisa Cairnes was dx with lung cancer and needs our prayers. Baby Clay has had a reversal of diagnosis. He is no longer persistent vegetative state. He now carries a label of Cerebral Palsy. This opens so many doors for therapy and hope. This means he will have a shot at living past 5 years old. He can be taught. He can hear us. He can respond on command. His sweet momma has done an amazing job with this baby. She holds a special place in heaven for this work. Camryn a 2 year old is undergoing chemo treatments and is fighting hard. She could use some prayers. CF has some serious situations going on, and while not all with know or get updates. she deserves to be in the warrior group. Sophia Sinyard 3 years old stands in Warrior due to Tuberous Sclerosis. Really been a tough life for this brave little girl. She just had her 2nd brain tumor removed. They got it all. now the healing begins again. Phyllis Kimbrough a wonderful woman who is only in her 50s and is suffering from cerebral atrophy. Now wheelchair bound and the MDs took forever to diagnose her and now offer her no hope, no cures, no treatments. She is not a quitter so prayers will be appreciated.Vik will update when she can. This condition is only expected to worsen and she will be a long timer on this list. As each day passes she loses more ability to stand, walk, roll, or take care of her own needs.There is nothing they can do to stop the progression. We will rarely get updates on this wonderful woman. UPDATE her disease progresses, and she remains steadfast that folks need to remember her the way she was, and not the way she is headed. Its been a real struggle with depression, bargaining, and acceptance that this whole thing cant be fixed, and each day brings her a step closer to losing more abilities and functions. Tommie had a fall. it looks like she may be going home soon. PRAYER LIST REQUESTS FOR 12-13-14 Alma was sent back to the hospital after being home for a week. She started taking more meds than needed, acting bizarrely and her son was freaked out and called the Ambulance. The house is a mess and she will be evicted if the house isnt cleaned up. The son is a mess and if he doesnt go back to school he will lose out on a ton of benefits that are accorded due to his high school schedule. If Alma doesnt shape up and turn this corner she isnt ever going to be able to return home and will be forced into assisted living. While this may be a blessing on some counts, it means her son would have no place to stay. This young man on the cusp of starting his own life would quickly head down the wrong path. Prayers are needed for this little circle. Prayers for Matthew Gillis as he hurt his back helping another employee. Has NOT called his momma in more than a week, and even tho she is dramatically closer they have not been able to cross paths. Spirit Paglia underwent neck surgery. Bridgett Honeycutt was admitted with a blood sugar over 700. Sue has a friend with Thyroid troubles. Ken asks for prayers for Missie and Cassandra. and both of their families. We dont know why. Just pray. Kristin is now using a cane, not a walker. yeah! Branden had her drain removed and is doing some better. Debbie P will need her valve replaced in her heart. We will raise her back to warrior when its scheduled. Paul needs prayers. Donald Jordan has been in the hospital over 3 weeks. I dont know why, just the request for prayers. Peggy Whitmore is fighting triple negative breast cancer. she just finished her 9th chemo. she is fighting hard. anyone have an update or anything? Cyndi Irving requests prayers. She inst ready to speak why. We know that before she speaks it God knows her needs and is by her side. Please turn it over to God. We are here if you need to speak Cyndi. Kims mother, Imogene, is doing a little better but she asks we still pray for her. and so we shall. Prayers for patience for myself and my husband as we wade thru under writing.
