Prayer Warriors!! I am asking you to pray for a fantastic friend of mine. Sharon has been a friend for many years. She is in need of prayers for health as his her son. You know, I could ask for one of those “unspoken prayer requests”. I need super serious prayer, the kind that my name is called out and earnestly prayed for….frequently. If you happen to find some idol time, please lift myself and the family in prayer. Please be kind to my kids and Doug when you see them. You know the nice Christian kind of stuff. I’m notoriously private about very personal stuff and tend to hold things pretty close and share very little about myself as an individual. I’m fixing to let loose people….. I actually quit working in December because of some significant memory issues, changes in personality and cognitive function. I was beginning to feel uncomfortable nursing for fear I would make a mistake that would hurt a patient. I told everyone it was because I have always wanted to homestead and care for the kids. It was a great opportunity to finally do it. I really am living my dream. In the meantime a lesion has been found in the area of my basal ganglia. I’m being sent to Dallas for treatment (as yet to be determined). It’s not cancer or MS so Im feeling a little blessed. I just need a little prayer and a lot of understanding right now.
