Yours, Les and Cindy ------------------------------------------- Drs. Leslie and Cynthia Morgan Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Mission Co-Workers / Bangladesh A Prayer for Bangladesh 22 September 2014 God of love and mercy, we pray for Mizanur Rahman, who, as a young, single man fifteen years ago, left his rural village home in southern Bangladesh to make a living pedaling a bicycle rickshaw on the crowded streets of Dhaka, the capital. Now married and owning his own rickshaw, he works seven days a week, and often late into the night, to support his wife and three young daughters, who live with him in a one-room dwelling in a large slum on the south side of the city. Lord, protect and sustain Mizanur and his family, help them emerge from their poverty, and bless them with the goodness and joy you intend for all your children, in the name of Christ we pray. Amen. ------------------------------------------ Written by Drs. Leslie and Cynthia Morgan Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Mission Co-Workers / Bangladesh
