Prayer is one of the most powerful healing intentions. When you pray it is like you finally let go and let god or grace in. It has the energy of humility and surrender. Am going to attach in the light of light, which is a healing prayer that I first discovered when I experienced The Journey by Brandon Bays. In the light of love we are healed. In the light if love we are whole. Thy will be done. Take a moment to close your eyes and breath in and out and bring into your consciousness anyone or everyone that needs healing. It can be a person or even a situation. Send them and including yourself your healing intentions and blessings. Forgive anyone and everyone for not having allowed the healing to have happened yet and open the whole being to self healing. My healing is your healing and your healing is my healing.
