Prayers Needed Dear Friends in Christ, Greetings. I request prayers for Maria Elizabeth. She was born on 1st March 2014 as the first child of her parents and identified with a heart situation needing immediate attention. She was therefore subject to open heart surgery on 6th March. Post surgery which was reported successful it was found that she had collection of fluid on the heart periphery which required that they reopen the stitches and leave it so to be able to access the tiny heart to suck out the fluid. She is on ventilator and on precarious critical health. The doctors have informed that they would try to close the stitches back on Sunday if things are better but also advised Christening in case of emergency. The family and I am sure Maria would appreciate lots of prayers as the parents alone are trying to cope with the situation in Finland though the family hails from Bangalore. Thanks for the many who will remember Maria as she turns just 8 days old tomorrow and entrust her to Mary our Mother.
