Praying for Shepherds Father thank You for another Super Sunday as we meet at Your house of worship with other believers to hear The Word and to praise You. Lord we lift up those that You have entrusted with Your sheep as they labor in the vineyard. Father please strengthen them, cover and protect them. Parishioners sometimes only see the Sunday Sermon, but not the laboring behind the scenes, i.e., hours of study, intercessory prayer, their personal struggles and lest us not forget the attacks from within and outside the church. Please continue to give them power from on High to do Your will, Your work and Your way. In Jesus Name. Pray without ceasing. 1 Thess. 5:17
