Praying for my baby Jacob... My littlest of nieces and nephews, has been on one incredibly hard journey from almost conception. We first thought he wouldnt be here but maybe a few days. He over came that obstacle... Then he had issues with his little heart... Then he had surgery and beat that like it was nothing... Now my sweet boy is struggling, and this time it wont be such a short and sweet battle... My almost 3 yr old nephew was just diagnosed with type 1 juvenile diabetes. This will be his longest and hardest battle. But we love him and just want to send the best to him... So for that, I ask, can you take a quick minute and send my brother Anthony, sister in law Stephanie and nephew Jacob; prayers. Hes coming home from the hospital today and they could really use some well wishes, positive energy and prayers. This is a scary road, as one can imagine, and hes been through so much already at such a young and fragile state. Thank you and have a great day...
