Praying for my father in law, Merle Gidley. He was diagnosed, in June 2012, with stage 4 lung cancer that had spread to the bone. He spent 10 months in a nursing home before they moved from MI to OH to live with my husband and I. He didnt want to die in the nursing home. They have been with us for 6 months now. He is doing well, for the most part, just recovering from a recent bout with pneumonia. His latest scan shows increased size in the lung tumor and 2 new spots on his spine. We are grateful for the time with them since they moved here ... praising God he isnt in pain... Thankful that the 3-6 months has turned into 20 months.... and glad to know his eternal home is in Heaven.
