Praying for the families of the Body Gear employees that were shot. If I understand correctly, the 2 employees noticed some folks stealing, said something and got shot because of it???? Whaaaaaat? One employee died this morning (was shot in the head) and the other is expected to make it (thank God)! Another praise here: at Dots, we did the same thing and were bold abt it, u gone give me my stuff or u just wanna go to jail? We wld high 5 and celebrate each time we caught a thief. When I went to the other company, I remember talking abt LP (loss prevention) in my interview proudly and the DM saying, yeah, we dont do that over here---youre safety is way more important to us than our merchandise. Just last week I was having a conversation with another employee hating our policy and stating we should be more aggressive ...NOW? I digress!!!!! Take it!!! I get it now! My God! Thank you (again and again and again and again) for protecting me!!!!! Be blessed yall!
