Pre- trial conference coming up Tuesday. Hoping things go smoothly and that the judge will grant all the motions the prosecutor is putting up. We are all getting nervous the trial is getting so close, but we are also ready for this to be over. Spending everyday waiting for over a year to see what will happen and constantly dealing with the disappointment of extensions is so emotionally exhausting. We realize that we will never put this completely behind us, constantly waiting to see how Emma will develop, but if we could already get this part past we could breathe a little easier. At least until we have to start showing up for parole hearings to make sure they keep him where he should be as long as possible.
