Located in the chilled kosher fish section of the supermarket, pre-packaged kosher fish (all with skin-off) is now available as seen below. From now on, depending on availability, four varieties will be on offer: Saddletail Snapper; Salmon; Tuna Steaks & Barramundi. Kosher consumers are invited to call Coles WBJ on 02 8383 4800 and request to speak with the Fish Department Manager, Rishaud. He welcomes all to place kosher orders and is happy to put kosher fish aside for you to be picked up later in the day. If you would like to request a specific fish, please call 2 days in advance.
