Preach THAT, Brother! This man has his thoughts together! He knows whats cookin in those stinky halls of justice. They arent halls of Justice, they are halls of money, and halls of power. But, you cant reconstruct something that is already built. He suggests we need to reconstruct the system. But if a building already stands on a piece of land, you cant reconstruct it until you tear down the building thats already standing there. Sure you can add a sprinkler system, and make the people inside safer, but all they have to do is say, you didnt pay the water bill. and turn the water off. And thats only a band-aid...only perfume on a turd. In order to build a fair system, the current one needs to be torn down...down to the foundations. The foundations are the people, and the people live on the land. That cant be changed, but the roof can be made to shed water for all, and the stairs can be built so they reach ALL the floors. But the building needs to be TOTALLY redesigned for that.
