Preacher: Sister Idaline Joelle. Topic: IS YOUR VERY NAME STILL IN THE LAMBS BOOK OF LIFE? THE LORD GOD SAID: WHOEVER SINS AGAINST ME, I WILL BLOT HIM OUT OF MY BOOK! The Bible says in Exodus: 32:32:33: Yet now, if You will forgive their sin—but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written.” And the LORD said to Moses, “Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book. These are the words of the Lord God of Hosts to Moses. Proverbs: 8: 36: But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; All those who hate me love death.” Ask yourself this question: IS MY NAME STILL IN GOD’S BOOK? When you have invited Jesus Christ in your heart to be your Lord and Saviour, God has written your name in the Lamb’s Book of Life. The same God, who has written your names in His Book, will blot it out of His Book if you carry on sinning against Him. The Bible says in 1John:3:8: 9: But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, because God’s life is in them. So they can’t keep on sinning, because they are children of God. For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. Hebrews: 10:26:27 Hebrews: 9:26 says: He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. Jesus Christ has died to put away sin; when you keep on sinning is like you are telling Him He did NOT put sin away. (Rom:3:25, Hebrews:7: 27; 9: 28; Isaiah:53:5; 53:12) AGAIN ASK YOURSELF: IS MY NAME STILL IN GOD’S BOOK? God has His Book, and in the DAY of Judgment He will open it; and if your name is NOT found written in His Book, you will be CAST INTO THE LAKE OF EVERLASTING FIRE! Revelation: 20:15: says: And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. I have watched the testimony of Emmanuel Samson Jude whom the Lord Jesus Christ took to both Heaven and Hell, he said he saw angels erasing names and writing names in the Book of Life. When he asked the Lord Jesus Christ why names were being erased, the Lord said to him those were the names of backsliders. Many ministers of God’s word started serving the Lord God very well when they were called, but halfway through they sold their souls to satan for worldly things, wealth and other worldly materials; this is the very reason they do not preach on salvation, repentance of sins and holiness, they only preach on prosperity, financial breakthrough and perform fake miracles by using evil powers on God’s children, so that they can lead many into hell fire as satan instructed them. Words of Jesus Christ in Luke: 24:46:47: And said unto them, thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. JESUS CHRIST CLEARLY SAID: REPENTANCE AND REMISSION OF SINS SHOULD BE PREACHED IN HIS NAME! NOT PROSPERITY, FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH AND BLESSINGS!!! ALL THE APOSTLES AND DISCIPLES OF JESUS CHRIST PREACHED ONLY ON REPENTANCE AND REMISSION OF SINS AS JESUS CHRIST INSTRUCTED THEM. NO ONE PREACHED ON PROSPERITY AND FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH! Acts: 2:38:39: says: Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call. Jesus Christ Himself preached on repentance. The Bible says in Mark:1:14:15: Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. (See also: Acts: 3:19; Acts: 26:20) The former servant of God Archbishop Benson Idahosa had all the fruits of the spirit and even in hell Jesus Christ still calls him His son; the sins that took Benson Idahosa into hell fire were covetousness and worldliness, even though he has won millions souls into God’s Kingdom. The souls that Benson Idahosa has won are in heaven, he ended up in the bottomless pit because of covetousness and worldliness. Ephesians: 5:3 says: But fornication, and all uncleanness, or “covetousness”, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints. (See also: Exodus: 20:17) Benson Idahosa performed so many miracles, traveled all around the world to preach the word, he has won so many souls into God’s Kingdom, but he ended up in the bottomless pit because of covetousness and worldliness. Benson Idahosa’s name was blotted out of the Lamb’s Book of Life because of covetousness and worldliness. (1 John: 2:15:17, Ephesians: 5:3) Romans: 2:11 says: For there is no respect of persons with God. Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. Acts: 10:34 How much less to him that accepteth not the persons of princes, nor regardeth the rich more than the poor? For they all are the work of his hands. In a moment shall they die, and the people shall be troubled at midnight, and pass away: and the mighty shall be taken away without hand. Job: 34:19:20 No wonder Jesus Christ said in Matthew: 7:21:23: Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? You began serving the Lord when you were 8 years of age, now at 60 years of age; you started wearing magical rings, amulets, rabbit’s foot and using evil powers for protection, power and financial gain. You said to yourself: I am old, who will protect me, let me start using amulets, rabbit’s foot, rings, and necklaces for protection and power. God said: Even to your old age, I am He, And even to gray hairs I will carry you! I have made, and I will bear; Even I will carry, and will deliver you. Isaiah: 46:4 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. Psalm: 89:34 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. Psalm: 119:89 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John: 1:1 You know as well as I do that if you are using evil powers and any of these magical things, your name is NO longer in God’s Book of Life. The servant of the Lord said: I was forty years old when Moses the servant of the LORD sent me from Kadesh Barnea to spy out the land, and I brought back word to him as it was in my heart…… And now, behold, the LORD has kept me alive, as He said, these forty-five years, ever since the LORD spoke this word to Moses while Israel wandered in the wilderness; and now, here I am this day, eighty-five years old. As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war, both for going out and for coming in. Joshua: 14:7:14. He was eighty years old, yet still relied on his God, not on the magical things for strength, protection and power. David the Psalmist said: For by You I can run against a troop, By my God I can leap over a wall. (Psalm: 18:29; 118:10:12; 2 Samuel: 22:29:35) “For who is God, except the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God? God is my strength and power, And He makes my way perfect. (2Samuel:22:32:33) You started well, but in the end you turned away from God to serve satan. Ecclesiastes: 7:8 says: The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. Jesus Christ says in Luke:9:62: But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”(See also Genesis: 19:26) Prizes are given to those who overcome and those who run the race with endurance to the end, not to those who abandon the race half way through to pursuit worldly materials. ( See: Matthew: 16: 26, Mark: 8:36:37) Revelation: 21:7: He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. (See also Revelation: 3:5; 3:12) He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name. Revelation: 3:12. Hebrews: 12:1:2 says: Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Timothy: 4:7:8: I have fought the good fight, I have FINISHED the RACE, I have kept the Faith. “”Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.”” Not that I have already Attained, or am already Perfected; but I PRESS ON , that I may LAY HOLD of that for which Christ Jesus has also LAID HOLD of me….. but one thing I do, Forgetting those things which are Behind and Reaching Forward to those things which are Ahead, I PRESS TOWARD the GOAL for the PRIZE of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians: 3:12:14 NKJV. Is Your Name Still In God’s Book? Are you still using evil powers behind the pulpit, are you wearing magical handkerchiefs, rings, and using rabbit’s foot for protection, rings, amulets and necklaces? Etc… Are you in Christ Jesus but still living in iniquity? Have you abandoned your first love? Come to God in repentance today; let Him rewrite your name in His Book by praying the Salvation prayer with meaning in your heart: God be merciful to me, a sinner. I repent now of all my sins and turn from them, trusting you to wash them away in the Blood Jesus shed on the Cross. Make me a new creation in Christ Jesus, and give me power to live for You from this day forward. In Jesus name I pray. Amen. He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Proverbs: 28:13 KJV. If you meant the prayer in your heart congratulations, you are now born again, and your name is rewritten in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad. Alleluia! A Bible believing Church is one that believes in the truth of the Bible and practices the teachings of Jesus in our daily walk. Be baptized and tell others about Jesus Christ. Revelation: 20:15 says: And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Words of Jesus Christ in RED: If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin. John: 15:22. I declare today that I have been faithful. If anyone suffers eternal death, it’s not my fault, for I didn’t shrink from declaring all that God wants you to know. Get rid of all the evil things you still have in your houses, i.e.: magic rings, calabash, necklaces, rabbit foot, handkerchiefs and any other satanic things you have in your houses. Keep your eyes on Christ Jesus (Heb: 12:1:2, Luke: 9:62); Live peaceably with all men and in holiness and reconcile with the offended brother, sister, neighbour, colleague, mother, father, mother in-law, father in-law, wife, husband, nephew, niece, aunt and uncle. (Heb: 12:14:15, Rom: 12: 17:21, 1Peter:1:16, 1 John: 3:14:15; 4:20) Remember to ALWAYS share God’s word and win souls into God’s Kingdom. You are blessed and loved.
