Preamble We the people of Alaska, grateful to God and to those who founded our nation and pioneered this great land, in order to secure and transmit to succeeding generations our heritage of political, civil, and religious liberty within the Union of States, do ordain and establish this constitution for the State of Alaska. [The public servants have turned the People into persons by conversion in a legal process. ] § 1. Inherent Rights This constitution is dedicated to the principles that all persons have a natural right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the enjoyment of the rewards of their own industry; that all persons are equal and entitled to equal rights, opportunities, and protection under the law; and that all persons have corresponding obligations to the people and to the State. (all persons have corresponding obligations to the people)??? Where the frill are all the People at then? They pretend the Alaskans are not People, until it is time to get you to vote for them. Then it is back to screw them - were in charge now. (Consent of the People to use an unconstitutional system instead of the Alaska constitution.) But Hey - YOU gave them your consent! The unconstitutional Alaska Court System, (legislature created different judiciary, (see court SEAL and DISTRICTS) and ONLY legislatively created things are actually lawful. The rest is rebut-able color of law.
