Prem Rawat has just completed his talk at Las Palmas He illustrated his talk with many lively new stories, to make several basic points: that people do not know who they really are, and that not knowing our true selves breeds arrogance. His stories illustrated that the world today is going in circles, treating the symptoms of these problems, but not their cause. Without the peace that comes from within, from who we truly are, we have no future. Our children have no future. Mankind has no future without peace. And peace is the simplest thing that dances on the stage called a human being. When the thirst, the passion, for peace, is understood . . . that is the only time that human beings can start to recognize each other as who we are it is about being alive. You think being alive is to walk? No! Being alive is that person who has an understanding, a passion, for peace. He spoke about the search for life in outer space, and said, You want life? You dont need a spaceship! Its all around - its Life! There are seven billion of us around, waiting to be recognized, waiting to be accepted, waiting to be treated like a human being. You need to feel good every single day. Every single hour. Actually - every single minute. In fact, whenever you dont feel good, it doesnt work for you. I have never heard anybody say I am bored feeling good - I wish I could feel miserable He said that today is an historic day, when the citizens of this beautiful island are are taking a step in the direction of peace, and not just in words. There is a huge impact when people start to understand what peace means I have been doing this - speaking about peace for 52 years. I have never seen a person as alive as someone who has found peace. Alive, living, embracing and celebrating life, and saying thank you. Some people think that peace lies is the clothes they wear. Peace dances in your heart. Not in a fashion show. If you dont have peace - find it. If you do have peace - enjoy it!. Feel the joy, feel the passion in this life He mentioned that some people feel they are too old. You are the only one calling yourself old. The sun, the moon isnt calling you old. Prem Rawat has finished his address to the people of Las Palmas and ended by thanking them for taking this step toward peace.
