Premier Betting is seeking to recruit a results driven and self motivated individual for the above position. Job Summary To provide secretarial, administrative and human resource support to Premier Betting Rwanda Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities · Management of the CEO’s diary and appointments. · Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible. · Collect and open all mail addressed to the CEO. · Draft, type and dispatch all the CEO’s correspondence. · Liaise with relevant individuals and external organizations and to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes. · Arrange local transportation when necessary. · Work permit processing for expatriates staff and follow up with Immigration. · Conduct some research, media relations and promotional work. · Manage staff attendance & leave. · Recording and filing the attendance sheet regularly. · Maintaining staff files and filing all necessary documentation. · Providing necessary information to Finance and other colleagues. · Assisting with new recruitment. · Placing advertisements with institutions for various positions. · Following up with candidates/arranging interviews. · Following up on references. · Payroll management. · Undertake any other duties as requested by the CEO.
