Ltd, an Automobile Company is hiring MBA & B tech students : Position : Sales Consultant Location: Lucknow Experience: 0 to 5 Years Salary : Negotiable + Incentives` Job Description: *Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity. *Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy. *To execute marketing/sales campaigns and generate prospect database. *Execute prospect qualification, maintaining tracking sheet, updating in system, maintaining File-1, reporting number of live tracking sheets, conversion and closed ones. *Execute face to face meeting with prospects enlisted in tracking sheets. *Execute face to face sales effort, demonstration, objection handling, *Negotiation, Test drive, obtaining feedback on prescribed form and reporting number of test drives, selling accessories, VAS *Executing Booking & receivables *Execute explanation of terms of Warranty, terms of service policy, EWP, VAS; explain operation of vehicle, delivery rituals, introducing the customer to the service personnel at the time of delivery. *Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. * Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction. *Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales. *Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. * Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. * Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. * Lost case analysis. * To follow the processes laid for Pre sales, sales and post sales.
