Premier League - Everton to confirm Lukaku signing this evening Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku is on the brink of returning to Everton in a record-breaking transfer.Everton have called a press conference at 7pm where the blockbuster transfer is set to be confirmed. Belgium international Lukaku, 21, scored 15 Premier League goals on loan at the Toffees last season but will rejoin Roberto Martinezs side on a five-year deal, according to reports in his homeland and in England. Lukaku, who joined Chelsea from Anderlecht in 2011, is expected to cost in the region of £25 million, nearly double Evertons previous transfer record, which was £15m for another Belgian, Marouane Fellaini.
