Not much action took place in this one so a disappointing game for both sides who both couldnt find the back of the net on the day. Arsenal stayed 4 points clear at the top after they beat Cardiff 3-0. Old Cardiff boy Aaron Ramsey scored 2 of the 3 goals with the first coming from a perfectly executed header with Marshall left to watch the ball fly over him. Mathieu Flamini scored the second for Arsenal in the second half to settle it before Aaron Ramsey scored again to get the third for the gunners. Everton beat Stoke 4-0 at Goodison and are certainly impressing everybody this season. Gerard Deulofeu got his first premier league goal for Everton with a nice cool finish past Begovic. Seamus Coleman scored a remarkable goal to put the toffees 2-0 up before Bryan Oviedo who played instead of the injured Leighton Baines smashed home a third quite brilliantly before Romelu Lukaku got his goal to put in the 4th to end a miserable day for Stoke. Norwich won 1-0 against Crystal Palace with the only goal of the game coming from Gary Hooper. West Ham piled on the misery for Fulham by beating them 3-0 at Upton park with goals from Mohamed Diame, Carlton Cole and Joe Cole. Fulham sit 18th and today their manager Martin Jol was sacked due to Fulhams start to the season and are now in search for a new manager. Newcastle continued their winning run by beating West Brom 2-1. The opening goal came from Yoann Gouffran when he headed into an empty net. In the second half Chris Brunt scored his first goal in 11 months to equalise for the baggies with a brilliant volley. But Moussa Sissoko put Newcastle ahead with a fantastic strike from outside the 18 yard box to grab 3 points for the magpies. Onto sundays games and where Tottenham drew 2-2 with Man United to just about keep them in the race for champions league places. Tottenham took the lead through a Kyle Walker free kick before Wayne Rooney equalised for United. In the second half Sandro put Spurs ahead again with a spectacular strike. Man United won a penalty after Danny Welbeck won it being brought down by Hugo Lloris. There was an upset at the KC Stadium as Hull beat Liverpool 3-1 with goals from Jake Livermore, David Meyler and a Martin Skrtel own goal. Gerrard made the only reply for the visitors with a stunning free kick. Chelsea beat Southampton by the same scoreline after coming from behind to a 15 second goal from Jay Rodriguez. Chelsea equalised through Gary Cahill on 55 minutes before John Terry scored the second on 62. Demba Ba wrapped up the points for Chelsea in the 90th minute.
