Prep update on nutrition ... Im doing high protein low carb high fat 40:20:40 I spread my meals at evenly so I have protein fats carbs at each meal. Im looking flatter then usual but thats expected as Im trying to get as much fat off as I can With the whole foods I eat to I also use around training.. Isotean whey for protein Hemavol for crazy pumps and endurance Compete for a hydration formula and recovery Max out when ...I need more stimulants The foods in my diet are Chicken tenderloins Beef rump Eggs Macadamias Bread Whey Rice I do weekly skinfolds to see where things are at diet has stayed the same for a month now . Will be posting some video footage of training this week . Thanks for kind words and support
