President Goodluck Jonathan has sought approval of the National Assembly to borrow up to $1 billion, to help the military combat the Boko Haram insurgency.However, the fact that the countrys 2014 budget already allots close to $6 billion for security spending and maintenance, raises doubts in the minds of some Nigerians as to the claims that government lacks fund to equip the military. Do you agree that federal the government should borrow the sum of 1billion dollars to fight Boko Haram?
