President Hadi: Yemen is promising investment country with numerous resources March 29, 2014 - SANAA President Abdrabuh Mansour Hadi said on Saturday that Yemen is a promising investment country that has numerous resources await to be exploited for the benefit of the Yemeni people and investors as well. Hadi expressed his hope in the editorial of the 2nd issue of the General Investment Authority (GIA)-owned Yemen invest magazine, on flowing of the national and foreign investments to Yemen, which he described as a key factor to achieve stability in the country via providing jobs for the unemployed, raising the citizens standard of living and activating the development channels in various fields. He indicated that the investment companies will enjoy all care and will be provided with all facilities for their projects. He urged the national capital to begin to increase and expand its investments in Yemen in order to be a model for the Arab and foreign capitals. He indicated in his article titled The miracle of achievement and option of success, to the aspiration of Yemeni people to build a new system through implementing the NDC final document which based on the participation in responsibility, wealth and power, noting that that the new federal state would create positive competition among regions to attract investment and capital, construct development, industrial and investment projects, create job opportunities, underpin security and stability and provide various services for citizens. The task of implementing the NDC outcomes is a national responsibility being beard by all Yemeni people without exception in order to get Yemen out of conflicts and to move forward the path of comprehensive development, democracy, freedom, justice and stability, the President said. He underlined that the success of NDC as a unique and unprecedented model in the world and would remain a milestone in the life of Yemeni people who are looking forward a better future.
