President Jonathan has currently submitted a review of the Education sector, saying the foundations that our education system is hinged is obsolete. It goes to show that standard of education is not an Abia thing alone but national. Nevertheless Abias situational problems are precipitates from poor salary payment schedule, poor standard of living for Abians, poor Infrastructure, since teachers are Abians, which invariably affects them too, then education support system and upgrades and validation of teachers credibility status. Most teachers are illiterates as Oshiomole discovered. Basically we should have a mentality change. And reposition development of our human resources and infrastructures as the platform for politics and democracy in our region.
