President Mugabe arrives in Zambia: President Robert Mugabe, who is the SADC Chairman and incoming African Union Chairperson, has arrived in Lusaka, Zambia where he has been invited to attend the inauguration of Zambia’s new president on Saturday. He was met he was met at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport by Zambia’s Minister of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs Nkandu Luo and Zimbabwe’s ambassador to Zambia, Ms Getrude Takawira and her deputy Marshall Matutu. Zambia’s ambassador to Zimbabwe, Ms Ndiyoyi Mutiti was also at the airport to welcome President Mugabe.
