President Obama & John McCain want to shut down Gitmo. Both want - TopicsExpress

President Obama & John McCain want to shut down Gitmo. Both want to send prisoners to the US. So the 130 prisoners would fall under the Constitution Bill of Rights at a cost of minimum of 200 million to bring charges. The out come they all would be released their Miranda rights his been violated without due process 5th 4th 14th amendment it just goes on from their. Hey all have been torture to save lives which was a good thing. Bottom line I was pissed about President Obama releasing prisoner and trading them. Bring them to the US courts they will be released. Now versus bring them to America its better to release them back to their country. Another Option: I feel since the American people dont give a dam about anything any more the 130+ Prisoners in GITMO should be released into American population and given citizenship and a passport send to any country of their choice. Also since they have been locked up for so long without charges should give each one a quarter of a million USD plus a home 3 br. 3 bath at minimum a new car or truck of their choice they all should be brought up to date in bomb making there is a lot of new equipment at Radio Shack that can be used. They should have refresher courses on covert aggressive tactics they surly lost their touch being locked up and refresher courses on black bag operation and Black Ops should be brought up to date on what is available for wet work. The President should instruct all agencies Military and CIA NSA SIS FBI to hand over all contacts of Terrorist Groups Leaders to help cut time spent finding location and making contact. This should be done before the New Year. This should be done by Executive Order this could be done without funding from Congress it would be under 100 million so Screw The House of Representatives / Congress or the Senate FOR WHICH WE STAND UNDER PRESIDENT OBAMA.
