President Obama, apparently ready to use his pen and his telephone, prepares to issue over 30 million work permits for aliens unlawfully in this country, either by means of entry or inability to renew green cards. At present, workforce participation, according to his executive branch is merely 62% of all able-bodied American workers, leaving 38% sitting on their hands. How will introduction of 30+million legal workers affect overall employment in this country? One can argue these 30+ million persons now here, but not eligible for lawful employment, are presently working. Yes, millions are working by using stolen/borrowed identities. The socialists of this country, aka progressives, have been pushing for years to upend our tried and true election system prescribed by the Constitution. They want to elect presidents by popular vote, instead of the Electoral College that represents the States. In a way, I see this progressive movement as a parallel to a larger one world government movement. If we change presidential selection to popular vote, our republican form of government will be no more. There will be no need for state legislatures, because the ruling elites in Washington will dictate every detail of our lives down to lunchroom menus for school children. What? You say thats already happening? See? I knew I was right about this. It was ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment that began this corrosive process. You see, before 1913, We the People elected U.S. Representatives like Ralph Hall while the several states elected U.S. Senators like Senator John Cornyn and Senator Ted Cruz. Our Texas GOP platform included repeal of the Seventeenth to restore original intent and original authority of the Constitution. Back to Obama and Democrat designs on America - I assume Obama is positioning his party to buy a few million more votes for 2016 elections. There are leading Democrats pushing for bills that would grant voting rights to non-citizens, notably New York state Sen. Guestavo Rivera. As our first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court said, we mus read and study the Constitution to preserve our freedoms. Polls are open for early voting. #VoteRepublican #VoteEarly John White
