President Obama must go to Congress for a Multi year war campaign. If the House of Representatives just rubber stamps a multi year campaign then why do we even need a Congress ? Also Congress can shorten the campaign with less funds or extend a war Campaign with more funds we do not have so fire up the printing presses for money. Congress has the power to affect the outcome here with the power of the purse. Congress should Do a 60 days or 90 days campaign at a time so Congress can have more power to control what is going on on the ground.
