President Obama proposed a free community college plan to cover enough tuition to get students an associates degree or halfway to a bachelors. While it may seem like an admirable plan, the administration has not revealed the exact price tag or even how it would be paid for, though admin officials estimate 9 million students could participate at an average of $3,800 in tuition per year (and we are guessing taxpayers will again foot the bill.)
