President Obama wishes to make the first two years of Community College, an associate degree, free to the public school student NOW THIS MAY SHOCK YOU ! BUT I AGREE! , as a matter of fact I have been talking about that idea for a long time now, it would not be without stipulations #1after getting the high school diploma the student must enroll in the Junior College no more than one year after they graduate from high school, #2 the student must put up the entire semesters tuition IN ADVANCE no exceptions, for example if the student has $600 worth of credit hours, that must be paid for in advance, and then reinburst upon passing grades, #3 this would cover only tuition, not the books or any other materials, the student must acquire those themselves, #4. for those students who do not wish to go to college, have a vocational education, another words make this particular entitlement apply also to a vocational school, auto mechanics, truck driving school, diesel mechanics, surgical assistant, x-ray technician, so forth and so on so I agree with Obama on this one, lets get the high school student, all high school students whether theyre rich or poor, two additional year of schooling at the collegiate level, to receive an associates degree, after that. Of time, they can decide where they want to go on to another college, or whether they wish to go to work, I agree with President Obama 2 years associate degree for all high school students,
