President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Samoei Ruto to take a 20% pay cut as Cabinet Secretaries take a 10% cut.. That is commendable and actual leading from the front.. What they also need to do is to give our Country a much leaner government.. We have so many Public servants in this Country who take away all our National budget as salaries leaving just peanuts for the much needed development.. The government should spur the private sector to take up the challenge of creating jobs.. To start with, the govt should freeze all public employment and only re-deploy the existing staff.. We are African and Africa is our Business..
