President Uhuru Kenyatta is taking on the mantle of E.African community leadership as its next C/man. He will relieve President M7 of the Republic of Ug, the current c/man, at a summit scheduled to take place in Kampala next wk. The slot which was supposed to be taken up by Rwanda in its usual rotation, was instead left for Kenya, as President Kagame will find himself busy due to the pending national events in the 2014. Rwanda will be celebrating 20 yrs of liberation from genocide. I believe President Kenyatta will use his new regional office to rally the peoples of the international community against the ICC trial appearances at Hague. We wish His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta a peaceful and prosperous tenure of office at the helm of E.A community.
