President Yoweri Meseveni and Special Forces Command (SGC) commander Brig.Kainerugaba Muhoozi joined the rest of Uganda in celebrating the hard earned 2-1 victory over Angola on Saturday. A jolly Gen,Museveni,personally called Cranes Captain Andy Mwesigwa on Saturday night to pass on his gratitude and promised to treat the entire team to a sumptuous dinner at state house soon, vowing to fulfill all the pledges he had made to the team before, Hours before the mouth watering encounter, Museveni fan page on facebook quoted him saying “I wish Uganda cranes good luck. If I was younger I would be in their team. My promise to them will be implemented.” Brig,Muhoozi also made a separate call to Mwesigwa after the game to thank the team for good performance. In the same vain, FUFA administration gave the gallant boys Shs80m to share out among themselves before boss Lawrence Mulindwa hosts them to a luncheon at Sojovalo Hotel this week.
