President Yoweri Museveni has returned from Nairobi, Kenya where he joined other Heads of State for a Summit on the African Union’s efforts to combat terrorism in Africa within the framework of the Union’s operational instruments including the co-operative mechanisms being implemented by AMISOM, as well as agree on practical steps to enhance the implementation of the AU counter-terrorism framework at national, regional and continental level.
